- 1 can hearts of palm
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Gather all your fresh ingredients: artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, mixed greens, and your favorite dressing.
- Rinse and dry your mixed greens thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Drain the artichoke hearts and chop them into quarters.
- Drain and slice the hearts of palm into thin rounds.
