Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Avocados (ripe)
  • 2 cups Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup Salsa
  • to taste Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Gather your fresh ingredients: ripe avocados, eggs, tortillas, and any additional toppings you love.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a dash of oil or butter. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently until soft and slightly runny.
  4. Slice your avocado in half and scoop it into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until creamy, then season with salt and pepper.
