Delicious brown butter chocolate blondies that are rich and fudgy.

- 180g unsalted butter (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 250g dark chocolate (1 cup + 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 100g light brown or dark brown sugar (1/2 cup, packed)
- 100g granulated sugar (1/4 cup + 3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g plain flour/all-purpose flour (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50g milk chocolate, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 50g milk chocolate chips (1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and line your 8×8 inch baking tray.
- Brown the butter in a pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Pour the brown butter over the chopped dark chocolate and stir until melted.
- Whisk the eggs with brown sugar and granulated sugar for about 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add the brown butter chocolate mixture with the egg-sugar mix and whisk until smooth.
- Sift in the plain flour and salt, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped milk chocolate and milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool before slicing.
