Description

A delicious and hearty crockpot dish combining smoked sausage, baby potatoes, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies (with liquid)
  • 4 Tablespoons butter ((1/2 stick))
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add sausages, baby potatoes, onions, garlic, and green beans to the crockpot.
  2. Top with diced tomatoes and green chilies, butter, and seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high, until the potatoes are fork tender.
