Ingredients

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Zest of 1 large orange

Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut cream until fully combined.
- Mix in honey or maple syrup and orange zest until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour until firm.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
- Roll in chopped nuts or cocoa powder if desired, then enjoy.
