Description

Delicious chocolate marshmallow cookies topped with chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 large marshmallows, half way
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

  • For a richer flavor, let the cookies cool before topping with ganache.
