Deliciously moist cinnamon sugar blondies that are quick and easy to make.

- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for topping)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; whisk until well combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and additional cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top.
- Bake for 22–26 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool for 20 minutes in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For better results, let the blondies cool completely before slicing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
