Description

A delicious and easy pancake bake perfect for breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour melted butter into a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined.
  3. Pour the batter over the butter in the baking dish (do not stir).
  4. Drizzle maple syrup evenly over the batter and sprinkle with blueberries or chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  6. Cut into squares and serve warm with extra syrup on the side.
