- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour melted butter into a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the butter in the baking dish (do not stir).
- Drizzle maple syrup evenly over the batter and sprinkle with blueberries or chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Cut into squares and serve warm with extra syrup on the side.
Notes
- This recipe can be made with either blueberries or chocolate chips based on preference.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality maple syrup.
