Description

Fresh and zesty shrimp salsa served with tortilla chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (diced, peeled and deveined)
  • 1 jalapeño (cored and diced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 12 oz tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add diced shrimp, jalapeño, onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add dry seasonings.
  2. Add lime juice into the mixture. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the number of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
