Fresh and zesty shrimp salsa served with tortilla chips.
Ingredients

- 1 lb cooked shrimp (diced, peeled and deveined)
- 1 jalapeño (cored and diced)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 12 oz tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add diced shrimp, jalapeño, onion, tomato, and cilantro. Add dry seasonings.
- Add lime juice into the mixture. Gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the number of jalapeños based on your heat preference.
- This salsa is best served fresh.
