Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add in the cream cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients—flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt—in another bowl.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
- Stir in finely chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
